5.3
Outcomes of Practice

             According to my experience, there are a lot of things I learnt about, such as:
1. My English language improvement;
2. Improvement of public speaking;
3. Pedagogy skills improvement;
4. Enrich the cultural knowledge;
5. Additional friends;
6. Developing soft skills, and so many other things.

       5.4 The Challenges of Practicum

                              PSU Integrated Schools - High School has a good standard of learning, and also good teaching system. But still, some things need improvement, such as the facilities of the school. I personally think that the 9th Masigasig class is too dark for a classroom, it’s large enough but it’s not really bright. Other problem goes to 9th Masinop class, I also personally think that the classroom is narrow, although it has a good lightning, and since it located next to the lavatory, so sometimes we smell a stinky air.

9th Masigasig Class

                                     Other challenge came from the language. Since they use Tagalog as their daily languange, it maybe strange to have a class with full English. Sometimes they would like to answer my question, but they didn't know how to said it English. It wasn't a big problem, but it kinda sad that the languange block us to understand each other.

        5.5 Overall Impression

                                     I don't know any other words to express how lucky am I to joining this batch. A month                             full of joy, full of laugh, full of learning new things. I'm so thankful for my September 2019. This                          programme really need more shout out. As a SEA-Teacher participant, I would highly recommend                        this programme to my colleagues, I would also like to share my experiences to the next batch if                              they need it. Deep gratitude to SEA-Teacher programme, long live!

5.6 Suggestions For Future Improvement

SEA-Teacher programme is done succsessfully. It was fun, it was great, but it felt too fast. A month was flew quickly. I also would like to talk about the WebEx tutorial, I personally think that it didn't really helpful, because of this and that. Maybe later, if there are any other tutorial, you can put it in a video, not in the conference, so that we can reply it all over again if we didn't get it in the first place.
But overall, joining SEA-Teacher Batch 8 is the cherry on top to my 2019.
